There is much to describe in this world of LAI, this is such a multi-faceted company and we all cross into other places of influence besides our own positions here. But, I will try and narrow what it is that I do down. My exact title is a Property Acquisitions Associate; I handle short sales and foreclosures. We have helped so many people keep their homes and the ones who needed to get from underneath their home, we sold it for them. It is so nice to take a call from someone at the end of their rope, then be able to help them out of that situation and give them a fresh start.
There are many in this industry who do similar things to us. Some of them we work with and are great people of integrity and we keep each other on our toes. The rest, and most, I hate to admit it, are crooked and greedy without morals. Business is business and profit is what drives working, but success without integrity isn't worth the trip to the bank.
